Event Partnership Coordinator
Coordinate and liaise with our partners for our upcoming fundraising event
Project Details
What we need
- Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our upcoming fundraising event and our mission
- Attend bi-weekly two hour meeting with the organising team in our office in Kwai Fong / virtually and report on the progress
- Work with potential donor and venue to line up musical instruments collection/ music class
- Volunteers who are available at least one day per week are preferred
- Event organization/ Project administration experience is preferred
Background
We will be launching a collection of musical instruments and conducting a fundraising campaign in November. This is aimed at providing grassroots children with the opportunity to learn music for free.
What we have
We will provide guidelines and advice.
Why this is important
We hope that more grassroots children can learn music with enjoyment, also enhancing their mental health and social skills.

What we do
Addoilmusic is the first Social Enterprise in Hong Kong that promotes playing and making music together. We provide innovative music services to corporates, NGOs, schools and the public, which give us the resources to develop the potential of talented young musicians and give them job opportunities in music education and production. Found in 2013 by professional musician Bryan Yeung Chun Pong and registered social worker Kitty Yip Choi Ha, Addoilmusic was established with the belief “Everybody can play music, Music Connects Everyone”. Since then we have already trained and employed over 30 part-time professional musicians and tutors, and have been working with over 40 schools, NGOs and corporates successfully. Addoilmusic has served over 20,000 children, young people, adults and elderlies, enhancing their self-confidence, empathy and team spirit, to let them experience the feeling from being “Impossible to possible”.
