What we need
  • Join a 15 - 30 min call to understand the mission and vision of A Little Bit Extra and what Down syndrome is
  • Research and identify interesting facts on Down syndrome and post on our social media (Linkedin/ IG/ Facebook) daily until 21 March (World Down Syndrome Day)
  • Build momentum for schools, corporates and the HK community to wear bold and colourful socks for World Down Syndrome Day on 21 March
  • Prepare graphics using any design tools and bilingual (Traditional Chinese & English) captions
Background

World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD) is an international day of awareness observed on 21 March each year. This day is dedicated to raising awareness about Down syndrome and advocating for the rights, inclusion, and well-being of individuals with Down syndrome. We are seeking a volunteer with experience in Social Media to highlight an interesting key fact of Down Syndrome daily from 1 March until 21 March to help educate and enlighten the HK population on what it means to have Down syndrome.

What we have

You will have support and guidance from the the team when researching key facts on Down syndrome.

Why this is important

This will enable us to continue to raise awareness of what Down syndrome is and what it means to have this condition in children and adults.
