What we need

• Have in-depth research and unique insights into consulting or public welfare industry, and can provide expert resources.
• 10+ years experience in consulting or management, expert level in a certain field. Be passionate about public welfare and can devote 5-7 hours per week.
• Project management: Lead project manager to set up consulting framework, determine research methods and consulting tools, and lead the writing of report documents.
• Customer relations: set up project goal and scope through continuous communication with customers, reporting project progress, answering customer questions, managing customer expectations.

A Better Community ("ABC") is dedicated to providing consulting services for NGOs in China. The key challenge of China’s non-profit sector is the lack of talent. ABC is one of the very few pro-consulting service providers, and we have broughthundreds of cross-sector talents in serving NGOs in China.Now，we are finding Project Director for our Autumn Consulting Program.

Autumn Consulting Program is one of the important activities in the year, during which 100+ volunteers will work in groups and help several NGOs solve the problem.
