Plan and coordinate our 'ESTEAM Opening Ceremony' on 3 Dec

What we need
- Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organization and objectives of our event
- Meet the organising committee and brainstorm event ideas, logistics, equipment and manpower planning, etc.
- Join us in planning an event timeline and execution plan
- Support our team with some administrative tasks
- Attend a weekly meeting with our team to report progress
Background
We are going to link up the start up business man, venue holder, and the university student. The campaign fosters collaborations, amplifies exposure, and supports local businesses while providing an exciting and ever-changing experience for participants.
What we have
A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event. Our team will be supporting you and working with you align the way.
Why this is important
This event aims to educate youths and raise awareness on being eco-friendly.
