What we do

「Online Companion 網上同行」is a S88 approved NGO established in 2021 operating on a non-profit-making setting. We provide online counseling service to Hong Kong people with various mental health needs. Our services are derived from evidence-based research projects in a local university focusing on internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT) to tackle anxiety and depression. 「Online Companion 網上同行」strives to improve the mental health of Hong Kong people and promote mental wellbeing awareness with the assistance of technology. https://www.onlinecompanionhk.org/
