An innovative project for Hong Kong community targeting OCEAN PROTECTION and PREVENTION OF MARINE POLLUTION, using Collaboration to bring together all stakeholders, develop a new Culture through education, science and arts and promote the emergence of Circular solutions. Ocean3C is based on 4 pillars : O3C EDU, O3C CLEAN, O3C ART, O3C LAB. Non profit organisation started in June 2019
