What we do
HKCSS "Project Star" focuses on Agency Members of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) that do not receive subvention from the government (self-financed NGOs). Its primary objective is to enhance the service management, operational efficiency, and accountability of these agencies, while also bolstering their capacity for resource development and elevating the level of professional services. The ultimate goal is to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of these agencies.
