What we do

Our Core Service is to use Thai-boxing as a tool to empower depressed patients (MI) and underprivileged youths (U-youths). E.g. In Box Off Depression project (BOD) 1.0 & 2.0, the MI enjoyed free Thai-boxing class fight off depression and pressure. Also, free Thai-boxing training helps U-youths to fight against addictions including drug addiction and stop fighting on the street. Our professional coaches teach them to fight in the ring with discipline and thus provide U-youths job opportunities to increase their social capital by training them to become assistant coaches/main coach; they are able to teach the mainstream including normal group classes and NGO classes. This can empower U-youths to serve other underprivileged, e.g. In BOD Project: - U-youths worked as assistant coaches, helping the depression patients fight off depression through Thai-boxing as role transform.
