Cambodian Children’s Fund (CCF) works with children and families living in some of the most deprived communities in Cambodia. CCF was founded in 2004 by Scott Neeson, a former Hollywood executive, who started with a wish to change the life of one child living on the notorious Steung Meanchey landfill site. This grew to 45 children. Today, there are around 1,850 children working towards a better future for themselves and their families through our award-winning Education Program. Children who once lived and worked on the garbage dump, living in extreme poverty and with no chance of attending school, are now receiving a high quality education and an opportunity to fulfill their potential. By providing essential services such as free healthcare, access to clean water, a nursery and Food Program, we remove the barriers that can keep children out of the classroom. We have made great strides in stopping the high dropout rate of girls in education, ensuring they have an equal chance to attend school and empowering them to be leaders. Our services focus on 6 key areas: Education Leadership Community Outreach Healthcare Childcare Career & Life Skills
