Happy-Retired Charity Action

HRCA is an approved charitable institution in Hong Kong set up in 2015 with a dedicated online digital platform mainly targeting young-olds aged 45+ and the working youth and providing re-employment service and career advisory service, respectively. Our platform provides profile accreditation services and job matching services for the young-olds seeking job opportunities, so as to develop their second career. On the other hand, we aim to foster the interactions between the young-old and the youth, the young-olds can pass on their rich experiences and networks to young people via our platform and project, providing them with valuable advices in relation to their career path, knowledge of industry and professional development.
