Carman K.M. W.

I am passionate about children and youth empowerment, and I have worked in the charity and higher education sector in Hong Kong for over ten years. In my previous and current jobs, I have worked closely with students from various backgrounds to develop their potential through advising and enrichment events. I am also skilled in community outreach, youth development, multi-cultural communication, public speaking, event and volunteer management, non-profit organization, and cross-sector partnership. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Linguistics from the University of Toronto, I also have a Master of Education (MEd) from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HKUST Business School. With a love for teaching, I also obtained the Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate in Canada. I have studied in Asia, the Americas, Europe, and Oceania, and my multi-cultural upbringing has developed my language proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua, along my intercultural communication skills. I look forward to using my knowledge and experience to unleash our young people's full potential.
