Since 2007, Hong Kong Family Welfare Society has been providing financial education services, and established the Financial Education Centre in 2017. We instill correct financial beliefs and management skills to parents, children and teenagers through interactive experiential activities and social media. Furthermore, our center has localized the Financial Social Work Certification Course that originated from the United States, with the aim of enhance financial education knowledge and skills in the social welfare sector and ultimately support the financial literacy development in the community.

Hi, I'm Kathy. I'm a program worker at the Salvation Army Chuk Yuen Integrated Service. Volunteering is my passion, and it has helped me a lot in understanding our society. During my university datys , I was one of the ex-committee members of University YMCA - HKUST, HKUSTSU that designed, organised, and promoted online/f2f social service activities. I decided to work in the social services sector after my graduation and I am currently working for an integrated service team, providing services for the elderly, youths and children. I'm excited to be part of the team to contribute my skills and experience.
