Redeem a spot to create your own chocolate bars and experience a select range of coffee while in conversation with Steven Ballantyne, co-owner of the Hinitan Plantation coffee & cocoa farm & Hinitan brand, a seed to table range of coffee & hand-crafted Chocolate in Hong Kong!
Steven will introduce the techniques engaged at Hinitan and in the Hong Kong kitchens to transform the soft, white raw cocoa seed into the chocolate form we all know so well and with freshly prepared cocoa from the Hinitan estate, guests will make 4 of their own designs, 35g chocolate bars with a wide variety of inclusions and toppings available – so if you want a jelly bear and hazelnut chocolate bar, this is your opportunity to create it!
