These sessions are designed to target your core muscles, improve your posture, and increase overall body strength. Through a combination of Pilates exercises and stretching techniques, you'll enhance your muscular endurance, flexibility, and stability while achieving a toned physique.

Please note that the cut-off registration time for each class is 2 days before the respective session.

• Reward photos are for reference only.
• Once the reward redemption has been placed, the redemption will be considered final for the volunteer’s own personal use only and cannot be amended, returned, transferred, resold, exchanged or cancelled by the volunteer.

• Cancellation of class will be notified personally via phone calls by the K11 ATELIER’s team.
