Prudence, a dual-qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and Ontario, Canada, exhibits a profound passion for a diverse array of subjects, including geopolitics, sustainability, entrepreneurship, art and culture, and youth empowerment. Beyond her legal qualifications, Prudence holds a graduate certificate in international affairs from King's College London and possesses several professional certifications in corporate governance, ESG, and financial crime risk. Her unwavering commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility has garnered her multiple awards and scholarships, notably the prestigious ICSA JC Mitchell Prize for the best paper in corporate governance.

Session Scheduling Policy
After application approval, you'll receive an email connecting you with your mentor. Schedule a session promptly and keep Time Auction team in the loop. If we don't hear from you within a week, it leads to application cancellation and the following:
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
No-Show Policy
For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
