About Dominic

Prof. Dominic Chan (PhD, MA, BA Cambridge) is the founder of Decisive Consulting Limited, a management consulting firm, and co-founder of Dark Horse Investment, an angel investment company. He has extensive experience as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, served as co-CEO of a-connect (China), and was the China General Manager of Englishtown.com. Prof. Chan is also a serial entrepreneur in technology startups, specializing in Digital Signal Processing applications, integrated communication, mobile/e-commerce solutions, and e-learning.

Prof. Chan is a highly sought-after speaker at conferences and business seminars, and is known for his expertise as a corporate trainer and executive coach. He has been recognized for his interest in mathematics with the Queen's Gold Medal, presented to him by Queen Elizabeth II. Prof. Chan's academic background includes studies in engineering at the University of Cambridge, where he earned his BA, MA, and PhD degrees. He is also the author of "My Cambridge Days" and "Dream Journey For Two."

Session Scheduling Policy
After application approval, you'll receive an email connecting you with your mentor. Schedule a session promptly and keep Time Auction team in the loop. If we don't hear from you within a week, it leads to:
- Application cancellation
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
No-Show Policy
For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
