About Ankrish

Ankrish is a young entrepreneur who started his business, Baking Maniac, at the age of 12. He began the business after being rejected by many hotels for internships due to being underage. Despite balancing his studies and business, he grew the company to cater to a range of clients, from hotels to restaurants. Today, Baking Maniac serves over 3,000 clients, ranging from private individuals to corporate clients, such as UBS, Wall Street Journal, Lane Crawford, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Nespresso, and many more!

Session Scheduling Policy
After application approval, you'll receive an email connecting you with your mentor. Schedule a session promptly and keep Time Auction team in the loop. If we don't hear from you within a week, it leads to:
- Application cancellation
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
No-Show Policy
For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
