About Ernest

Ernest Wong is a registered clinical psychologist at one of Hong Kong’s largest youth non-profits — The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. He is responsible for providing clinical psychological services to youth and schools, supporting and building the capacity of school social work services and service development at the organization. He believes in a holistic and community-driven approach in providing timely and quality health care and promoting mental wellness in the city.

Apart from that, Ernest also currently sits on the Executive Board of Teach For Hong Kong and Executive Committee of The Hong Kong Psychological Society, Division of Clinical Psychology and teaches at The Hong Kong Metropolitan University.

He received his training in clinical psychology at the University of Hong Kong and held a master’s degree from the City University of Hong Kong and a bachelor’s from the University of Toronto. Before becoming a clinical psychologist, he taught in an underprivileged secondary school and worked in the non-profit sector.

Session Scheduling Policy
After application approval, you'll receive an email connecting you with your mentor. Schedule a session promptly and keep Time Auction team in the loop. If we don't hear from you within a week, it leads to:
- Application cancellation
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
No-Show Policy
For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
