A sound bath is a relaxing meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, or more to create overlapping vibrations that soothing the nervous system. Benefits of a sound bath include mental emotional and physical relaxation.
