Mindfulness Yoga practices help co-create harmony in our lives. In this yoga practice session, you will elevate your level of consciousness in every aspect of life via the wisdom of the yoga chakra system. The goal of a mindfulness chakra yoga practice is to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing in every area of our lives, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

The class will be conducted in Cantonese.
3 volunteer hours must be completed during 6 Jul 2021 to 18 May 2022.
