Bread Making Class at The Mixing Bowl

Redeem a spot and learn how to make your own bread from scratch at The Mixing Bowl in one of their two beginner-level classes: Intro to Bread Making or Cinnamon Bun. You'll be able to choose a class that you're available to join.

All of their classes are hands-on, to us it is the best way to learn how to cook - it is important that you know how a dough should feel, look and smell. In each class, will put you to work to measure, mix, knead, shape, roll and cut, all in the hope to make you feel that you can repeat what you have learned at home.

All classes are 2.5-3 hours long, a light home baked snack, coffee or tea will be served during the class. You will take home everything that you bake and the recipes will be sent to you via email after each class.

The Mixing Bowl is founded by Victor. They offer classes to teach adults and children how to bake their own bread and cakes. They want to show you what a fun and rewarding hobby baking is and they believe that everyone can bake, even with the limited space and a busy Hong Kong lifestyle. The Mixing Bowl use simple ingredients and domestic appliances in their classes so that what you learn can be easily replicated at home.

Reward cannot be returned or exchanged.
Reward could only be redeemed by volunteers aged 18 or above.
Volunteer warrant that the redeemed reward is for their own personal use only. It is not transferrable and resalable.
Once the reward redemption has been placed, the redemption will be considered final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the volunteer.
The reward is valid for 3 months from the day of redemption.
The booking can be rescheduled ONCE with 72 hours notice.
The minimum enrollment we require for a class to take place is 4 people. If a class is cancelled due to lack of enrollment, you will be notified 48 hours before the class and an alternative date will be offered.
In case of dispute, Time Auction and The Mixing Bowl reserve the right of final decision on all matters.
