Redeem a spot to the SUP Yoga Class at Breatheasy! SUP Yoga (Stand Up Paddle board yoga) combines yoga asanas and stand up paddle boarding to form a fun and invigorating exercise that provides a completely different experience from any daily workouts we perform. In the 3-hour SUP Yoga class led by an experienced yoga instructor, the unique combination of yoga and exposure to nature will help relieve stress and energise the body and mind.
Date: By appointment every Saturday or Sunday in February 2022, subject to availability.

10 volunteer hours must be completed during 24 Feb 2021 to 16 Feb 2022.
