Established in 1985, Community Drug Advisory Council's mission is to prevent substance misuse and addictions for people’s health and well-being. For this, we enhance stress resilience and self-care capabilities of children, adolescents, adults and elderly through cross-sectoral and cross-professional collaborations. Widely recognized by schools, our school networks are among the broadest among NGOs.

Bio
Executive Director of Community Drug Advisory Council, an NGO for the prevention of substance misuse and addictions. Mr. Ng is a seasoned social worker with nearly 20 years of experience in social services related to substance addiction and community care. He possesses extensive frontline experience in drug treatment, rehabilitation services, and AIDS prevention education, specifically targeting ethnically diverse drug abusers. He has rich experience in policy research for the government, universities, think tanks, and the writer of the Primary Healthcare Blueprint.
