He has held executive positions, including Department Head and Senior Management Team member, reporting to top-level decision-makers. Additionally, Steve has over 25 years of experience as a Visiting Lecturer and Dissertation Supervisor at local and overseas universities. He has also founded a human resources advisory social enterprise, Buddy Town, and has transitioned into a professional trainer and coach to help individuals with career development.
