Are you looking to align your team with new goals and strategies, or to form a new team altogether?
 
In this call, I’ll use Team Canvas, a facilitation tool to help:

• Align your team’s understanding of team objectives, their roles and values
• Construct a Team Canvas that can be continually reviewed, refined, and updated as the team evolves.

This is a co-creation exercise, and I will facilitate your team members on a virtual space to explore and create your team canvas. Pre-work may be required.  An exploration call with team leader will be conducted to align expectation and outcome.
