For both long-established or newly founded NGOs, I welcome any calls to brainstorm, co-create, and review any proposals and consultation papers on business strategies and operational improvement plans.  I believe my corporate experience can at least give the NGOs a fresh pair of eyes to look at your ideas and structure from an angle of efficiency maximization and process optimization.

I also believe people from different background can create amazing chemistry and bouncing of thoughts in an interesting manner.  I'm outspoken and fast in response in team settings and I genuinely enjoy communication of new ideas.
