Bella is currently the Director – Asset Management of Sino Land Company Limited overseeing the Asset Management of Sino Group’s portfolios in Hong Kong and in Mainland China. Prior to joining Sino, she has held a range of senior management positions in blue-chip listed companies, both in international and local companies. 

She was the Company Secretary, General Counsel and Assistant Director — Corporate Affairs of Hang Lung Properties Limited where she oversaw human resources, sustainability, legal and company secretarial matters.  During her role as the Assistant Director – Corporate Affairs, she led to the establishment of Hang Lung’s Sustainability Steering Committee in 2012 and led Hang Lung to become a constituent member of Dow Jones Sustainability Index (Asia Pacific) in 2017 and 2018 and to win the Best Corporate Governance Excellence Award (top tier companies) and the “Sustainability Excellence” award held by Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies in 2014 and 2015. In 2017, she chose to leave her well-established career for over 20 years as a General Counsel and took up new challenges as the Director – Leasing and Management of Hang Lung Properties Limited managing the operations of the entire Hong Kong portfolio. 

Her achievements have brought Bella the CSR Asia award for ‘Asian Company Secretary of the Year’ in 2013 and 2014 and she was also named by The Legal 500 as one of the most influential in-house counsels in Hong Kong and China in 2017. She also won the Asian Social Caring Female Leadership Award presented by Social Enterprise Research Academy in 2017. 

She was appointed as the member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel of Financial Reporting Council. Bella is a solicitor qualified to practice in Hong Kong and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Chinese University of Hong Kong.
