Meet Candice Ong, Chief Commercial Officer of ShopBack, ex-Investment Banker turned E-Commerce Magnate
About
As the Chief Commercial Officer, Candice Ong plays a critical role within the core
business management team. Apart from leading country teams across the region,
she also helms regional marketing to accelerate ShopBack’s growing presence.
Prior to this role, Candice was the Managing Director of ZALORA Southeast Asia.
She was instrumental in the fashion conglomerate’s rapid growth during her four-
year tenure, spanning roles in Marketing and Procurement.
In her personal capacity, she was invited to be a member of the sub-committee on
Future Corporate Capabilities and Innovation in 2016 and chaired the Retail Panel
for Asean Business Club Forum in 2015.
She has also been invited as a keynote speaker in many industry events, including a
panelist role for the World Chinese Economic Summit 2015, Young Women’s
Leadership Connection 2015 and Ministry of Trade & Industry 8th Economic
Dialogue 2016 among others.

Requirements
All volunteer hours must be completed during 14 Dec 2019 to 14 May 2020.
Cost per person is SGD15 (Full-time students aged 25 or below)/ SGD25 (General Participants) to support the running costs of our charity and our mission to make volunteerism mainstream.
Dinner will be held on 14 May 2020 at 6:45pm to 9:00pm.
