Ms. Stella Kong is currently the Managing Director, Greater China at Raffles Family Office. Prior to joining Raffles Family Office, she was the Managing Director of Deyu Family Office, primarily responsible for implementing the strategic development and marketing plans of the organization. Previously, she was the Managing Director, Market Group Head, China II at Credit Suisse Private Banking and in her prior role at Standard Chartered Bank, Hong Kong as Deputy Regional Head of Private Banking for Greater China and North Asia, she was instrumental in building the China offshore team, whereby the team grew from 6 to 102 officers, with over 60 Relationship Managers within 5 years. In terms of financial performance, during the period, the team achieved AUM growth from USD607mil to USD9.5bil, whilst revenue increased from USD5mil to USD73mil.

She has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry spanning 4 countries in the wealth management industry and has held both senior management and client relationship positions at Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered Bank, ABN AMRO, Sarasin, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Natwest and Citibank. Stella has always stressed the importance of building trust and relationships with clients at Private Banking and would love to share her insights and experiences on dealing with clients in both good and tough economic times.
