Jess Yeung holds an MPhil degree in Environmental Policy at Cambridge University and a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics at University College London. He is the founder of “GinZeng”, a young American Ginseng product brand, and Deputy Manager and CFO of Tai Lai Ginseng Hong Limited, from which he gains experience in managing start-ups and SMEs.

He is also the convenor of the Economics and Jobs Group under the Youth I.D.E.A.S., a think tank organised by the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups.
