Franco was born in Hong Kong. He obtained his BSc degree in Biology and MBA degree from renowned Universities. In 1998, Franco started his business with his elder sister, Dorothy and introduced “LBS Restroom Hygiene Management Service” to Hong Kong through franchising. Over the past two decades, Franco continuously seeks business opportunities and explores new markets based on his business philosophy of “Perpetual Entrepreneurship and Continuous Innovation”. Nowadays, his business has expanded to more than 30 locations in Asia Pacific Region. The core businesses of LBS Group include restroom hygiene solution, commercial and household pest control, provision of paper and garbage bags, detergents and disinfection products. In recent years, Franco has constantly developed a variety of hygiene services and products such as kitchen cleaning service, environmentally-friendly pest control products, high-quality drinking water solutions, air purification management, cleaning air-conditioning projects, scent transmission systems and septic tanks, manholes and sewage treatment services under the principle of “Safeguarding Health‧Cleansing the World”, that committed to providing customers with "Total Hygiene Solutions”.
In return to the society, Franco always served as a guest speaker to share his entrepreneurial stories with different stakeholders, especially to the young of the community. He has also published the book "史偉莎 = 創業 x 藍海 x 銷售" to reveal his entrepreneurial and marketing experience. In 2015, he presented the unique management style, corporate culture and business philosophy of LBS Group through another book "種恩忘果 – 創業奇葩史偉莎的故事" In 2014, Franco led the establishment of the “LBS Charitable Foundation” with other shareholders of the LBS Group to contribute and care for the needed. Targets of the Charitable Foundation are providing support to LBS staff when suffering from misfortune and aiding destitute and sick people in society Franco's achievements in the industry have been recognized and affirmed by the community. In 2016, he was awarded the "Hong Kong Young Industrialist Award" by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. In 2019, he was awarded the "Honorary Fellow" by The Professional Validation Centre of Hong Kong Business Sector.
All volunteer hours must be completed during 15 September 2019 to 20 June 2020.
Cost per person is HK$150 (Full-time students aged 25 or below)/ HK$250 (General Participants) to support the running costs of our charity and our mission to make volunteerism mainstream.
Dinner will be held at WeWork Tower 535 at 7:15pm-9:30pm on 30 June 2020.
