An entrepreneur, an ex-banker and a father of three. Mr. Kwan Chi Man is a visionary who believes in empowerment and autonomy when it comes to corporate management. The proper way to engage employees is to trust them and give them flexibility and freedom. As the founder and CEO of Raffles Family Office, Mr. Kwan actively encourages his staff to take control of work and time, creating a fun and friendly working environment in contrast to the pressure box that many bankers or Relationship Managers feel they’re in. Prior to founding Raffles Family Office, Mr. Kwan was a private banker at BNP Paribas. He has an extensive banking background with over 15 years of banking and management experience in various international financial institutions. So he knows things-- particularly how to balance between a successful career and a happy family life. Mr. Kwan founded Raffles Capital Holdings in December 2014, and later led the company to expand and include Raffles Assets Management and Raffles Properties. He is responsible for corporate governance, management and strategic planning of RFO.
