He has an extensive banking background with over 15 years of banking and management experience in various international financial institutions. Mr. Kwan founded Raffles Capital Holdings in December 2014, and later led the company to expand and include Raffles Assets Management and Raffles Properties. He is responsible for corporate governance, management and strategic planning of RFO.
