Mr Lam Wai Chun has over 40 years’ experience in coils manufacturing industry. He founded the Coils Electronic Co. in 1979 and established Coils Electronic Co. Limited in 1989, which was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1999 under the name of CEC International Holdings Limited. With reference to the consumption model of Japanese localities, Mr Lam started the first retail snack business “759 Store” in 2010. Adherent to objective of “lower margin with high turnover”, 759 Store aims to give desirable service to local Hong Kong residents by providing a relaxing shopping environment with wide range of products. Under Mr Lam’s leadership and vision, the retail business has expanded from a tiny snack shop to a chain store with over 300 branches now, extending to fast-moving-consumer goods, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets under the name of 759.
