Meet Derek, co-founder of Brew and Drip. Brew or Drip is an espresso bar located in the heart of the central business district at Landmark Chater House. Derek’s first venture into the coffee shop industry has been a resounding success and a major hotspot for coffee aficionados all over town. Prior to co-founding the Brew or Drip brand, Derek worked at an architecture firm in London. Derek pursued a law degree upon returning to Asia and worked in law firms in London and Beijing before settling down in Hong Kong. Derek has always been passionate about starting his own business throughout his professional career. He found the perfect business opportunity and the Brew or Drip brand marries Derek’s experience in business and design.
