Meet Asif, the Hacker/Hustler/Designer & Visionary behind Spacious HK. A startup with a vision to disrupt Hong Kong online property platform
When Asif first landed in Hong Kong, he spent a huge amount of time and effort to find an apartment and soon realises there is a gap within the online property space to bring more transparency & better end to end user experience. With a strong technology background in investment bank technology, Asif and a small team in Hong Kong developed a pricing algorithm that is applied to their newly launched property platform, “Spacious.hk” (www.spacious.hk). Spacious, which raised US$500K in seed funding was accepted into the Hong Kong science park incubator program
Currently available only in Hong Kong, Spacious plans to extend its coverage to other Asian market and to attract a million visit a month. The vision behind Spacious is to make it as easy as possible for people to find a place to live in Asia and to become the number one online property portal for Asia.
