是一所位於觀塘的多元工作室，定期舉辦不同類型的咖啡活動以及開辦20多個不同類型咖啡沖煮班。
☕️Gaafesi 係香港首個唯一以咖啡補習及教學的工作室； 咖啡補習，顧名思義即係主要幫助你解決現有咖啡沖煮技術問題，包括拉花，手沖，烘焙，風味感官。

創立目的希望令有志成為咖啡師人彼此透過此平台互相學習，而網路上咖啡相關資訊繁多，咖啡師們及所有咖啡愛好者都能有系統地學習，得到協助同指導，避免走太多冤枉路。
