背景資料

We are currently creating an impact measurement framework on our skilled-volunteer matching program. Our volunteers have researched data on the hourly wage of each skill set that is commonly requested by our NGO/SE partners, so we can measure the commercial value the volunteers have contributed to the social sector. We are looking to consult a HR professional to help us validate the data collected and help us fill-in the gaps.
