我們需要

• Join us for a training session (4 hours)
• Join 2 hours of observation sessions (Sessions will be hosted during mornings/afternoons on weekday and weekends)
• You will be interacting & taking care of young children (3-9 y/o), observe each child to notice and take note/photos of their demonstrated character strengths throughout the activity
• Show and share your appreciation with the children, enhancing their recognition of their own character strengths
• Record the children’s performance and their character strengths individually
• Volunteers who can speak Cantonese are preferred as you'll be working closely with local students
