• Provide work portfolio to us for reference
• Join us for a 30 minutes briefing call to learn more about our organization and the event details
• Help with taking photos at our mini press event with a celebrity and a sick child with their family at Ronald McDonald House (8 Jul, Fri)
• Produce high resolution photos of at least 5MB per photo
• Help with editing photos and provide the edited retouched and colour-corrected photos by next day after the event
• At least 30 final photos are needed with rundown to follow
• RMHC holds the final image usage rights: Image will be used for press release, website, publicity materials and social media purposes.
• Bring your own camera and other equipment (at professional standard, tripod, lighting, bounce board…etc)
• Need to sign Confidential Agreement provided by RMHC Hong Kong
• Must be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to the visit based on the Vaccine Pass: Fully vaccinated (3 jabs) unless there is medical proof
• Must submit a negative rapid test result conducted on the day of arrival OR conduct a negative rapid test upon arrival
• Will also be required to scan the specific QR code using the LeaveHomeSafe app and QR code of their vaccination record
• Must record temperatures and complete the health declaration form upon arrival
