• Preparing materials and resources for various programs and activities
• Analyzing data and preparing reports
• Assisting with the setup, execution, and cleanup of events
• Designing promotional materials, educational resources, and event posters
• Support in other ad-hoc tasks
• Available hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. Must commit to at least one day per week (6-hour minimum)
• Work takes place at the office with occasional external events and workshops
• Must complete minimum 6 hours per week in a single day
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe design software is a plus
