Be our marketplace hand-crafters/performers/ workshop hosts at our carnival promoting mental health!
KELY Support Group (kely.org) will hold the "Be Present: Cherish Your Gift" Carnival from April 29th to May 1st at Lee Tung Avenue in Wan Chai, aiming to promote the importance of well-being for youth and the general public. The purpose of this event is to encourage young people to support each other, care for themselves, and assist their peers in moving towards a healthy and positive life. We are currently recruiting volunteers as performers, workshop hosts and support the booth, to bring more mental health elements to the carnival.
As a local non-profit, we could only afford small subsidy of HK$50 transportation subsidy for performers / booth volunteers, and HKD200 for workshop materials (if applied). We will also issue certificates of appreciation for our volunteers. Other than that, we will utilise different channels for promotions with your logo including social media with our partners, on our E-newsletter and shops in Wanchai. We will also display your organisation / shop's description at the event. Should you wish to promote your products and courses within the workshop, please feel free to do so!
Celebrate April as Mental Health Awareness Month with our vibrant carnival, featuring performances, handicraft booths, and workshops. This event aims to raise public awareness of mental health and show support for our youth, fostering a strong sense of community and understanding.
