Our fundraising team works with donors, both individual and institutions, to finance the different programmes we run at ImpactHK to support people experiencing homelessness. This work relies on an a competent administrative support to answer incoming donor emails and complete data entry. This is an important function to help us keep track of our fundraising successes and goals, so that we can continue to help as many people as possible in the community we serve.

We will provide training on how ImpactHK functions, the different programmes we run and our fundraising strategy to serve more community members. We will also provide practical training on how to use the CSR system (Salesforce), our email procedures and all data entry tasks.

The administrative support role is fundamental to the smooth running of our fundraising team, which in turn helps finance the whole organisation. It's extremely important our fundraising data is accurate, and our communication with donors is professional and timely. We have helped over 550 individuals off the street since our founding in 2017, and each role has a measurable impact on the cause at hand.
