• Discuss details of the proposed business (a restaurant) with the refugee client at our office
• During this meeting, provide guidance and support in drafting an income statement, a cash flow statement, and balance sheet of a restaurant etc.; if needed, audit a financial statement of the business plan
• Work together with our refugee client on drafting a final business plan
• Volunteers can either meet at the office during the suggested time slots or coordinate an alternative time slot to work with the client

背景資料

One of our refugee clients wants to establish a business (a restaurant). In order to move forward with this plan, he is looking for an accountant who can assist him in crafting a business plan. The client is experienced in leading a restaurant in his home country but he lacks accounting skills and is not very familiar with business language. Therefore, he will need support in formulating a convincing business plan for his first business in Hong Kong.

We can provide a rough template of the business plan. You will also be able to learn more about the challenges refugee entrepreneurs face in Hong Kong and assist in overcoming them to facilitate our client's success.
