We are in the process of migrating from google sheets to CiviCRM as a client database/management system. We have the basics set up, but need assistance learning how to use the system properly.

As we have grown over the years, we can no longer rely on just an excel/google sheet for managing our client information and logging our service hours; helping us with our new CMS will save a lot of time and energy with everything from client communication to report writing.
