• Attend mentors briefing session on 7 Sep 2024 (10am-12pm) in person
• Deliver 10 hours of mentorship to the matched mentee over the 6-month period
• Attend a 6-part cohort workshop series with all the mentees and mentors of the program on 21 Sep (10am-12pm), 5 Oct (10am-12pm), 19 Oct (10am-1pm), 23 Nov (10am-12pm), 15 Feb (10am-12pm), and 8 Mar (10am-1pm)
• We seek experienced entrepreneurs with 3+ years of business ownership to mentor new entrepreneurs.
• Mentors receive a certificate and HK$5,000 stipend upon program completion

FSI's Mentorship Program for Ethnically Diverse Entrepreneurs is an annual 6-month program to support budding and aspiring entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds in Hong Kong. We are looking for seasoned entrepreneurs who have more than three years of experience running their own businesses with knowledge and skills to share with those who are just kickstarting their entrepreneurial journey. This is a unique opportunity for you to join a community of like-minded entrepreneurs as mentees and peer mentors, at the same time building your leadership and mentoring skills. 我們可提供的資源

The FSI team will make sure that the mentors get assigned a mentee who has needs for resources and skills that the mentor can provide and actively facilitate the interaction between the mentee and mentor throughout the 6-month journey. We also hold an orientation session for the entire cohort's mentors (10-12 individuals in total) and coaches who will be supporting the mentees on 7 Sep 2024 (Saturday), 10am-12pm. Should you apply to be our mentor, the FSI team will reach out to schedule an interview with you. The program mentors receive a certificate of completion as well as a stipend to acknowledge their support (HK$ 5,000) upon completing the journey.
