• Share insights and best practices on fundraising, event promotion, and attendee engagement to improve decision-making
• Advise on event strategy, ideation, and timelines to ensure smooth coordination and impactful results
• Help develop a clear roadmap and key milestones for the series of events, aligning efforts with the organization’s goals and capacity
• Collaborate closely with volunteers who will support the event's execution, sharing suggestions to help guide their work

We are an NGO dedicated to food rescue and assistance, and we will be celebrating our 10th anniversary next year. This 10th anniversary celebration project will significantly advance Food Commons Foundation's mission by raising awareness about food waste and rescue efforts. By showcasing our decade-long efforts, we can attract more partners and stakeholders, strengthening our network for food collection and redistribution.The events will highlight our innovative approaches to reducing waste. This increased visibility can lead to more volunteers, donors, and supporters, expanding our capacity to collect and redistribute food. Furthermore, the project can showcase the positive impact of our initiatives, potentially inspiring similar efforts elsewhere.By engaging diverse communities through these events, we can encourage wider participation in food rescue efforts, moving beyond a single funding source and fostering a community-driven approach to tackling food waste. Ultimately, this project will amplify our impact, helping us reduce waste, combat environmental pollution, and assist more people in need throughout our service areas.
