我們需要
- Join us for a 1-hour briefing call to understand the card game structure
- Design our game instruction manual, game cards and game board graphics in printable format
- Join a weekly/biweekly progress catchup call
- Experience in using design software like Canva, Adobe etc.
背景資料
We would like to create an educational card game in traditional Chinese for work colleagues to learn about the different types of disabilities and SEN in a work environment, and raise awareness of their daily challenges.

We already created a basic game manual and structure. Now we just need to put everything into a nice design!
對我們的意義
The project will incorporate authentic representation of individuals with disabilities in the game’s design and narrative, empowering people with disabilities to showcase their stories and capabilities, while also challenging stereotypes and promoting inclusion in public spaces.

我們的工作
Standing for 'Care in Education and Recruitment', CareER is a non-profit organisation established in 2014 in Hong Kong by a University graduate with disability with a mission to advance employment for people with disability in tertiary education. CareER is the first charity in Hong Kong to provide targeted career and peer support to tertiary-educated individuals with any type of disabilities and special educational needs (SEN), including physical impairment (visual, hearing, mobility), developmental and learning disability (Autism, ADHD, specific learning difficulties), mental illness, chronic illness and more. In addition to providing free job-matching services for corporations and beneficiaries in the past decade, CareER created a local talent market for PWD with our CareER member and employer systems to tackle workplace disability inclusion systematically, creating an environment where everyone may realise and showcase their true potential to become independent, contributing members of society.
