為非華裔小學生教授廣東話與文化

我們需要
- 參加兩節面對面導師培訓（1月20日與1月27日10:30 - 12:30），如有需要可安排線上培訓
- 從2月到4月（星期六早上/星期二下午），每星期入校約2至2.5小時，以小組（1:1-5）教授非華裔小學生中文 （共十節） 【導師只會被派到去一間學校】
- 根據學生進度同需求調整教學活動
- 參加至少一項文化智商訓練活動
背景資料
我哋會用8-10星期入校教非華裔小學生中文同文化，鞏固學生中文知識之餘，仲提供一個平台俾佢哋探索自己嘅身份。呢個已經係我哋第六次舉行課程！
我們可提供的資源
1）2 x 2小時義工培訓，讓義工學習交中文和第二語言的教學技巧和增强文化智商2）2節文化智商提升活動，旨在俾導師們探索個人身份同認識本地嘅非華裔社群，豐富義工體驗 (必須出席最少一節）3）所有教材4）車馬費（如出席率符合要求，學期完結後派發 ）
對我們的意義
粵講粵叻於2021年成立，以基督嘅價值為核心，希望透過粵語同多元文化教育，締造共融社區！

我們的工作
Understanding and empowering our non-Chinese neighbours in love through language and multicultural education. We work with NGO and school partners to provide a professional and fun Chinese language programme to non-Chinese children and organise cultural programmes for relationships to be built between our Chinese volunteers and non-Chinese families.
