To support and coordinate over 30+ dance performers before dress rehearsal and show day with other volunteers

我們需要
- Join us for a brief call to learn more about our organization and objectives of our event
- Be our ambassador to answer questions from the performers
- Event is on 3pm-11pm on 10th Feb, please arrive at 2:30pm for preparation and stay for debriefing
- Honorarium of HK$500 will be offered upon completing this project
背景資料
BEYOND Bollywood is selected as one of the local performing dance groups in 2024 Cathay International Chinese New Year Night Parade organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board. We are going to perform the parade at 8pm on 10th Feb 2024.

對我們的意義
This event aims to raise awareness and publicity of Indian dance through this parade and broaden the coverage of our organization. Besides. this will be a precious opportunity to create another milestone of a first-of-its-kind large-scale Indian dance scene with 5 different styles on TV.

Age Range
Swire Trust Go-Givers Program aims to encourage skilled volunteers to support Swire Trust NGO partners in education, marine conservation, and arts.
From now until 2025, 10 outstanding volunteers will be selected annually as the “Swire Trust Go-Givers of the Year" with special and empowering rewards. 40 volunteers who contribute the highest number of hours annually will also be recognised! At BEYOND Bollywood we stand for advancing the concepts of cultural diversity, equality, respect and community inclusion. Through the power of Bollywood dance with its music, theatre and films, we join hands with different dance practitioners to connect and develop sustainable partnerships with numerous community organizations, Universities, schools and corporates to organize impact projects with the aim of raising public awareness on finding value in people who are undermined and provide opportunity for those who are often overlooked in Hong Kong. We believe that change begins within, through different community engagement initiatives, we do hope to build a bridge for dance practitioners who use their own skills, talents and influence to make an impact in whatever causes they stand for. We dedicate to using movement artistry to elevate the educational and social impact of dance and ultimately all move to a more benevolent community in the city. 創立於2015年的慈善團體，透過印度舞蹈的演出、工作坊、音樂舞蹈劇、電影、舞蹈教育和以舞蹈介入社會的實驗，並以多元文化、平等、尊重和包容的理念，深化社區及跨地域的文化交流平台。
