Help us update and optimize use of our Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and contact lists

- Input and update contact details and profiles
- Update existing contacts profiles (these will be mostly provided by ADMCF, those that are not will require basic research to populate contact details)
- Generalised data cleaning and merging with MailChimp - creating list segmentations and synchronising contact records
- Provide basic training of better utilization of Salesforce CRM system if possible
背景資料
We are looking for someone who is familiar with Salesforce CRM system to update our database and optimising its use for our needs (mostly targeted outreach to contacts including merging the database with our mailchimp contacts). We would also be interested in basic training to ensure that we optimise the use of the database.

Updating our legacy Salesforce will help our organisation more efficiently utilise salesforce , facilitating ADMCF’s communications with a wide range of stakeholders in our areas of interest. We currently lack sufficient knowledge of the platform to ensure we are optimising its use for our purposes.

In programmes across five key sectors, clean air, water, living oceans, protecting landscapes and wildlife trade, ADMCF contributes to climate action and biodiversity protection.
